For Laura Webb, caring for the customer is key to being the best server. Webb has worked for Mellow Mushroom for five years and was promoted to key hourly manager a little over a year ago. Choosing Mellow Mushroom as a place to work wasn’t a difficult decision for her. She felt that it was a welcoming place and wanted to be a part of the team.
